Nyx smart contracts - Nyx Documentation

Currently, our app is in alpha and changing rapidly. We will then have a beta before we go to GA (general availability). We will open-source our smart contracts and have them audited by the time Nyx reaches GA. In the meantime, below is a high-level summary of our contracts and what they are used for. We will add more detail when we open-source and audit them (and their behavior is more finalized). The good news: our Ethereum contracts are fully verified on Etherscan! As a part of the verification process, you can read their code on Etherscan using the links below. Aztec-Scan full verification will be done when we open-source our contracts by the time we move to GA.

Nyx Alpha v4 Mainnet contracts

N/A	JuiceBar	The contract we use to sponsor the gas fees (fee juice) of Nyx private account transactions.
Token Vault Portal	Token Vault Bridge	When Nyx users deposit into Aave from their private account, or redeem Aave shares, these contracts send the assets or shares to and from Aave and the user’s private account. The corresponding asset or share token, and portal below, are also involved in facilitating the movement of funds across chains.
USDC Portal	USDC Token Bridge, Token contract for Nyx’s version of USDC on Aztec	When users fund their private Aztec account from Ethereum, or send from their private account to an Ethereum address, these contracts facilitate the movement of funds.
USDT Portal	USDT Token Bridge, Token contract for Nyx’s version of USDT on Aztec	Same as above.
WETH Portal	WETH Token Bridge, Token contract for Nyx’s version of WETH on Aztec	Same as above.
waEthUSDC Portal	waEthUSDC Token Bridge, Token contract for Nyx’s version of waEthUSDC on Aztec	Same as above. `waEthUSDC` is the share token received for depositing `USDC` into Aave.
